I’m a registered nutritional therapist and my team and I help women to reignite their spark and get back to enjoying life to the full!

We’ll help you to repair your metabolism and balance your hormones so that can get your dream body, supercharge your energy and banish cravings and bloating.

When I first began practising nutrition, I struggled to help my clients achieve significant weight loss; they were doing all the 'right' things but just weren’t seeing results. I now know that there is SO much more to weight management than simply eating less and exercising more.

There are SO many factors that can get in your way; hormones, blood sugars, gut bacteria, toxic load and inflammation are the key areas of imbalance that can impact metabolism.

Add to this poor willpower and pesky cravings and it becomes clear why weight loss can be such a challenge.

That’s why I've created this 5 day bootcamp; so that you can quickly get the tools and guidance you need to put yourself firmly in the drivers seat.

When does this start?

This is the 'anytime' version of the challenge, meaning you'll get instant access to the recordings from our previous challenge and retain access forever! If you'd prefer to take part in our next 'live' challenge, where there'll be the opportunity to get your questions answered as you go, join a Facebook group of like-minded women and also be in with the chance of winning big prizes, you can find out about our next live challenge here.

How much time will this take? I'm already super busy!

The daily trainings will be 20-30 minutes, but these can be watched in chunks and at a time that suits you!

Will I be starving?

NO! Not only will you eat real food for your meals, you’ll eat plenty of it. This isn't about starving you to weight loss, it's about nourishing your body and repairing your metabolism.

Do I have to shop at health food stores?

Nope. Plain old supermarkets will work work just fine.

Are you going to tell me what to eat?

We have resources to guide you, such as recommendations and recipes, however we're not prescriptive and we won't make you eat things you don't like nor expect you to eat a specific times. You can use and adapt our recipes or you can do your own thing using the guidance.

I already have a really good diet and don't eat any processed foods, plus I workout regularly. How is this going to help?

This is the case for many of the women that we work with. While you may be eating healthy foods, the balance may not be optimal to best support your body. Further to this, food is the foundation but not the only factor. We'll be working on a lot more than just food. 

Am I going to have to eat different things to my family?

No. There is no reason why your family can't eat the same stuff as you. It's easy to adapt the meals to suit different family members without having to cook several different things, or adapt the meal you're already used to.

My problems all started with hormonal problems. Will this help?

Yes! This bootcamp was created because women who are peri-menopausal and menopausal, or with other hormonal imbalances, need to nourish and heal their bodies in order to achieve weight loss. Counting calories just doesn't work when your hormones are imbalanced. It has been created with you in mind.
