No. There is no reason why your family can't eat the same stuff as you. It's easy to adapt the meals to suit different family members without having to cook several different things, or adapt the meals you're already used to.
Yes! This course was created because women who are peri-menopausal and menopausal, or with other hormonal imbalances, need to nourish and heal their bodies in order to achieve weight loss. Counting calories just doesn't work when your hormones are imbalanced. It has been created with you in mind.
